The present invention relates to a composite preparation comprising a separation membrane containing clopidogrel, an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor and a hydrophobic compound. More specifically, an object of the present invention is to provide a composite preparation containing clopidogrel and an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor, which prevents a decrease in the stability of the HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor and provides a cardiovascular device having excellent storage stability. Another object of the present invention is to provide a composite preparation for preventing or treating systemic diseases.本発明は、クロピドグレル、ＨＭＧ－ＣｏＡ還元酵素阻害剤および疎水性化合物を含有した分離膜を含む複合製剤に関する。より具体的には、本発明の目的は、クロピドグレルおよびＨＭＧ－ＣｏＡ還元酵素阻害剤を含む複合製剤において、ＨＭＧ－ＣｏＡ還元酵素阻害剤の安定性の低下を防いで保管安定性に優れた心血管系疾患の予防または治療用の複合製剤を提供することにある。
