PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide useful pharmaceutical compositions for treating Sjogrens syndrome associated-dry eye.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating Sjogrens syndrome associated-dry eye, the composition containing ozagrel or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient.
