PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged product of a set of ingredients prepared from a whole hen, which is convenient for cooking a parent hen that has produced eggs and is not commonly on commercial distribution to prepare palatable food without waste, enabling a consumer to see the quality of the content from outside and having impressive appeal in appearance of good quality.SOLUTION: The packaged product of a set of ingredients, which is prepared from a hen that has produced eggs, is at least 150 days old and has weighs at least 1,500 g, is produced as follows. One set of the internal organs [the gizzard, liver, heart, and the egg passage (including the ovarian follicle)], thighs, breast, white meat, carcass (trunk carcass, bone carcass), neck, and the wings of the hen is arranged in such a manner that the carcass, the neck, and the wings are laid without overlapping beneath a layer of the thigh meat and the breast meat which are arranged to face each other, with two pieces of the white meat placed on either side thereof respectively, and the gizzard, liver, heart and the egg passage are placed between the thigh meat and the breast meat in a manner of making the inherent colors thereof conspicuous, and is thereafter packaged.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】流通量の少ない採卵鶏の親鳥の一羽を、すべて美味しく、無駄なく調理、食用にするために便利で、しかも消費者が内容物の品質を外から見てわかり、品質の良さを外観からもアピールする鶏一羽素材セットの包装製品の提供。【解決手段】生後150日令以降の採卵鶏であって、体重1500g以上の鶏一羽の内蔵(砂肝、肝、心臓、玉道(卵胞含む))、もも、胸、ささみ、ガラ(胴ガラ、骨ガラ)、ネック、手羽をワンセットとし、ガラ、ネック、手羽を重ならないように下敷きにして、その上にもも肉と胸肉を対峙させて並べ、ついでその両脇にささみを置き、砂肝、肝、心臓、玉道をもも肉と胸肉の間にそれぞれの特有の色が生きるように置いてパック詰めして鶏一羽素材セットの包装製品とする。【選択図】なし
