PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion composition having excellent storage stability and a cosmetic preparation for skin care using the same.SOLUTION: The dispersion composition is one comprising a carotenoid-containing oil component, obtained by mixing an aqueous dispersion having a carotenoid-containing oil component and emulsion particles containing a phospholipid or a derivative thereof with an aqueous composition containing ascorbic acid or a derivative thereof and a pH adjuster and has a pH of 5.0-7.5.
