A portable incubator comprising a generally rectangular body being difined by front wall, a rear wall, side walls that connect both front wall and rear wall, a bottom wall and a top wall said top wall is provided with plurality of heating elements and plurality of spacedly disposed holes wherein said plurality of heating elements are connected in series and said bottom wall is also provided with plurality of spacedly disposed holes wherein said plurality of holes disposed on said top wall and bottom wall controls the amount of fresh air and humidity of the portable incubator.
