The present invention relates to a cardiovascular monitoring device integrating blood pressure and electrocardiac signal measuring functions, which employs a separable structure design and comprises a circuit system divided into a first portion and a second portion respectively received in a first case and a second case an inflatable cuff for surrounding a limb of a user in proceeding with measurement of blood pressure and at least two electrodes, which are arranged on a contactable surface of the device for respectively contacting skin at different portions of the user in proceeding with measurement of electrocardiac signal. The separate arrangement of the first portion and the second portion may be different according to the application purpose. Moreover, the user may autonomously select the operation mode through the separable structure to enhance the usage convenience.
