The female urination device includes a conical body A having a leading end 10 formed with a relatively wide inlet port 11 to be brought into contact with a human body, and a posterior end 20 separated a predetermined distance from the leading end 10 and formed with an outlet port 21 having a narrower area than the inlet port 11. The body A is formed at a lateral side thereof with foldable portions 10a, 20a, and an open-state securing member is attached to the body A on a folding line 55 of the body A by an adhesive agent to maintain the body A in a straightly unfolded state.
