PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branch pipe which is a gripping part connected to a base part of a tubular member and includes a side pipe branching from a main pipe, and can be tightly gripped with fingers and improve the operability of the tubular member by making insertion of a puncture needle into the body to be straight even if the tubular member is the puncture needle with the thin diameter.SOLUTION: A branch pipe includes a connection part with a tubular member on a tube tip part 1, and is configured that a main pipe 2 extending from the connection part in the axial direction is formed into the square cylindrical shape in which a center portion is constricted and a distal side 24 is formed to be larger than a proximal side 25, and a side pipe 3 branching from the main pipe is formed into the cylindrical shape, the minimum portion of the width diameter of the main pipe 2 is formed to be larger than the maximum portion of the outer diameter of the side pipe 3, a surface 22 adjacent to a surface having the side pipe 3 is formed so as to have an irregular part, and a surface 23 facing the surface having the side pipe is formed by a plane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】管状部材の基部に接続する把持部で、主管から分岐する側管を備えた分岐管において、手指により確り把持できることで、例えば、管状部材を細径な穿刺針としても、該穿刺針の体内への刺入を直進的なものとするなど管状部材の操作性を向上することのできる分岐管を提供すること。【解決手段】管先端部1に管状部材との接続部を設け、該接続部から軸方向に延びる主管2を中央部がくびれた、遠位側24を近位側25より大きく形成した四角形の筒状に、主管から分岐する側管3を円筒状に形成して、主管2の幅径の最小部は、側管3の外径の最大部より大きくなるように形成した。また、側管3を有する面と隣り合う面22は凹凸部を備えて形成し、側管を有する面と対向する面23は平面により形成した。【選択図】図1
