The present invention relates to a composition for controlling Spodoptera exigua comprising E. Coli expressing dsRNA (Sequence number 1) specific to integrin 1 subunit (SeINT) of Spodoptera exigua, and to a method of controlling Spodoptera exigua. Provided in the present invention is a composition for controlling Spodoptera exigua by ingestion, which expresses dsRNA (Sequence number 1) specific to integrin 1 subunit (SeINT) of Spodoptera exigua and comprises ultrasound-treated transgenic E. Coli as an active ingredient. The method for controlling Spodoptera exigua of the present invention comprises the steps of: pre-treating the transgenic E. Coli by using an ultrasound treatment feeding the pre-treated transgenic E. Coli to larvae of Spodoptera exigua and treating the larvae with Bt toxin following the feeding. According to the present invention, the dsRNA expressed by E. Coli can effectively control Spodoptera exigua by suppressing the growth of, and ultimately killing, the larvae of Spodoptera exigua.본 발명은 파밤나방의 인테그린 β1 서브유닛(SeINT)에 특이적인 dsRNA(서열번호 1)를 발현하는 대장균을 이용한 파밤나방 방제용 조성물 및 파밤나방 방제방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서는, 파밤나방의 인테그린 β1 서브유닛(SeINT)에 특이적인 dsRNA(서열번호 1)를 발현하며 초음파로 처리된 형질전환 대장균을 유효성분으로 포함하는, 섭식에 의한 파밤나방 방제용 조성물이 제공된다. 본 발명의 파밤나방 방제방법은, 상기 형질전환 대장균을 초음파처리로 전처리하는 단계 전처리된 형질전환 대장균을 파밤나방 유충에게 섭식처리하는 단계 및 섭식처리 후 비티 독소를 처리하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 대장균에 의해 발현된 dsRNA가 파밤나방 유충의 발달을 지연시키고 사망에 이르게 함으로써 파밤나방을 효과적으로 방제할 수 있다.
