According to an embodiment of the present invention, an eye movement disorder evaluation method comprises the steps of: acquiring a reference eye photograph obtained by capturing an image of an eye when an eye evaluation subject looks at the front, and a plurality of comparative eye photographs obtained by capturing an image of the eye when the eye evaluation subject looks in a radial direction according to a predetermined condition with respect to the state in which the eye evaluation subject looks at the front； mapping a grid of a rectangular shape to the reference eye photograph to include the pupil and the sclera of the reference eye photograph； extracting the pupil of the reference eye photograph to which the grid is mapped so as to set the center of the extracted pupil as a reference coordinate, and extracting the pupil of the comparative eye photograph so as to set the center of the pupil of the extracted comparative eye photograph as a comparative coordinate； calculating the displacement of the pupil based on the deviation from the reference coordinate to the comparative coordinate, calculating a torsion angle at which the torsion of the pupil is performed, and comparing the pupil displacement and the torsion angle with a preset normal range so as to analyze movement patterns of both eyes； and determining the presence or absence of a disorder of the eye evaluation subject based on the movement pattern of the both eyes.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명의 실시예에 따른 안구 운동장애 평가 방법은, 안구평가 대상자가 정면을 주시할 때의 안구를 촬상한 기준안구사진과 상기 안구평가 대상자가 정면을 주시하는 상태에 대해 기 설정된 조건에 따라 방사방향을 주시할 때의 안구를 촬상한 복수의 비교안구사진을 촬상하는 단계； 상기 기준안구사진의 동공 및 공막이 포함되도록 상기 기준안구사진에 직사각형 형상의 그리드를 매핑하는 단계； 상기 그리드가 매핑된 기준안구사진의 동공을 추출하여 상기 추출된 동공의 중심을 기준좌표로 설정하고, 상기 비교안구사진의 동공을 추출하여 추출된 비교안구사진의 동공의 중심을 비교좌표로 설정하는 단계； 상기 기준좌표로부터 상기 비교좌표까지의 편차를 바탕으로 동공의 변위를 산출하고, 상기 동공이 회선한 회선(torsion) 각도를 산출하며, 상기 동공의 변위 및 회선 각도를 기설정된 정상 범위와 비교하여 양안의 운동패턴을 분석하는 단계； 및 상기 양안의 운동패턴을 기초로 상기 안구평가 대상자의 장애 유무를 판단하는 단계를 포함한다.
