PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trachea monitoring conduit and a trachea inner tube.SOLUTION: A trachea monitoring conduit and a trachea inner tube connect a trachea monitoring conduit 2 to the outside of a breathing tube 1. The breathing tube 1 has a first end 11 and a second end 12, and the breathing tube 1 is inserted into a respiratory tract A of a patient from the first end 11 when in use. The trachea monitoring conduit 2 has a monitoring end 22, the monitoring end 22 is fixed onto the breathing tube 1 so as to have a set distance d between the monitoring end 22 and the first end 11 of the breathing tube 1.
