PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition for treatment of multiple myeloma.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for treatment of multiple myeloma in a subject comprises (a) HuLuc63 which is a humanized IgG1 antibody having a heavy chain variable region corresponding to sequence number 5 and a light chain variable region corresponding to sequence number 6 and (b) dexamethasone, where any other active ingredient is not administered to the subject.
