An adjustable support for soft palate is a flat implant made of a material that can be implanted into human body for a long time, and includes a support (2) that can be inserted into soft palate and a hard palate connecting end (1) for connecting to hard palate. The hard palate connecting end (1) includes a connecting structure (11) arranged to secure the hard palate connecting end (1) to hard palate, and an adjusting mechanism (12) arranged to control the state of motion or curvature of the support (2), or control the degree of holding up of soft palate. When the adjusting mechanism (12) is in the state of on, the support (2) implanted into soft palate can move with the natural swing of soft palate. When the adjusting mechanism (12) is in the state of off, the support (2) implanted into soft palate can hold up soft palate, by holding up soft palate toward the root of tongue, changing the central axis of soft palate during natural swing, thereby enlarging the airway in pharynx during breathing.
