PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance viewers psychological action, such as a sense of togetherness and a sense of presence, on contents by guiding his or her breathing state to a breathing state determined for each reproduction position of the contents.

SOLUTION: In a breathing-guiding device, the contents with a breathing distribution, which include content information corresponding to respective reproduction positions along the time base and breathing target information for specifying breathing states preliminarily determined for respective breathing target set positions being at least part of reproduction positions, are stored in a memory, and presentation variable information for, along the time base, physically presenting a guided breathing state which is determined in accordance with the breathing target information, of a first set position being any breathing target set position having a prescribed relation to each reproduction position corresponding to each piece of reproduced content information is generated, and respective guided breathing states specified by the presentation variable information are physically presented along the time base.
