PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding apparatus which can be installed even in a narrow space.SOLUTION: The molding apparatus 1 is equipped with a control unit 2, a lower punch section 10, a molding section 30, an upper punch section 30, and a horizontal punch section 60. The lower punch section 10 is equipped with a 1-1st servo driving device 13 and a 1-2nd servo driving device 14. A first slope slider unit 16 of the 1-1st servo driving device 13 has a ball screw 16B extending in a horizontal direction, a slope slider 16F, a second direct action guide 16H, and a shaft 16I. Accompanying the movement of the slope slider 16F in the horizontal direction, the shaft 16I moves over a second direct action guide 16H and moves in a perpendicular direction.
