PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collapsible pen for household wastes and pet activity control.SOLUTION: The pen is structured by connecting four square fences in a rectangular shape in plane view. The oppositely facing short side fences are formed by connecting two small fences having a half side width. The respective six fences consisting of four small fences and two large fences arranged for long side sides are structured by stretching a net or cloth in a rectangular frame body which is made by connecting, between cylindrical pipe elbows arranged in four corners, with cylindrical pipes having the outer diameter equal to the inner diameter of the cylindrical pipe elbows. Between the rectangular frame bodies of the adjacent fences in the four corners rectangular shaped in plane view, there are vertically attached two hinges that can open/close the inter-frame-body angle for at least 0-90 degrees.
