The present invention relates to a PID-control dressing device and its manufacturing process. The device includes a machine, a PID control module, a symbol sensing element, a glue coating component and a glue body formation component. The PID control module, the symbol sensing element, the glue coating component and the glue body formation component are arranged on the machine, and the PID control module is connected to the symbol sensing element, the glue coating component and the glue body formation component for cooperating with them to perform an operation. With the above structure, in proceeding with a processing, the symbol sensing element is employed to ensure that a working object is centered, and the information is sent back to the PID control module for performing a subsequent control and adjustment, so as to allow the glue coating component to coat a predetermined amount of dressing. Then, the glue body formation component is employed to shape the dressing for facilitating the subsequent manufacturing process after being cooled down.
