PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weeding unit structure, capable of decreasing the number of parts of a weeder and variously adjusting the strength of the working force of a herbicidal action part.SOLUTION: Right and left weeding tine rods formed of a series of steel wire material and sharing a center fitting part to a working machine frame body with each other are respectively provided with a torsion coil part, and the right and left torsion coil parts are formed different in winding diameter. The fitting side distal ends of the right and left torsion coil parts different in winding diameter are arranged in parallel, the central points of the right and left torsion coil parts are shifted forward and backward, and the weeding working parts at the rear ends of the right and left coil parts are grounded to be longitudinally spaced from each other. Meanwhile, the respective numbers of turns of the right and left coil parts are set arbitrarily, whereby uniform working force may be applied to the tine working parts in the rear parts of the right and left coil parts disposed side by side.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】除草装置の部品点数を少なくし、除草作用部の作用力を多様に強弱調整できる除草ユニット構造を提供する。【解決手段】一連の鋼線材からなり、作業機枠体への中央取付け部を共有する左右の除草タイン杆の各々にトーションコイル部を設け、左右トーションコイル部の巻き径を異径に形成する。巻き径の異なる左右トーションコイル部の取付け側先端を並列に揃え、左右トーションコイル部の中心点を前後にずらして配設するとともに、左右コイル部後端の除草作用部が前後に離れて接地するようにする。他方、左右コイル部の巻き数を任意に設定して横並びに配設した左右コイル部後方のタイン作用部に均一の作用力を付与させてもよい。【選択図】図8
