The present invention relates to long-acting microspheres containing donepezil, a method for manufacturing the same, and a parenteral pharmaceutical composition comprising the microspheres. By manufacturing donepezil as microspheres together with a biodegradable polymer, it is possible for in-vitro release of donepezil without delay and lag time. In addition, it is possible to expect an effect of reducing a frequency of administration and maintaining long-term effective concentration in the blood by allowing medicine to be continuously released for a long time when administering the same in vivo.본 발명은 도네페질을 포함하는 장기지속형 미립구, 이의 제조방법 및 상기 미립구를 포함하는 비경구용 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 도네페질을 생분해성 고분자와 함께 미립구로 제조함으로써, 초기 약물방출(initial burst) 및 지체시간(lag time) 없이 도네페질의 in-vitro 방출이 가능하고, 또한 체내 투여 시 약물이 장기간 지속적으로 방출되도록 하여 투여 빈도를 감소시키고 혈중에서 장기간 유효농도를 유지하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
