The present disclosure relates to a three-dimensional (3D) biological information processing method using multifaceted information, which includes the steps of: an initial screen displaying step of displaying a 3D body model, input tool type-selection unit, and a degree information input bar, on a screen； a degree input step of accepting the degree information selected by a user； a location input step of accepting location information designated, by the user, using an input tool on a surface of the 3D body model； a corresponding information displaying step of matching the designated location information with the selected degree information to display the both information on the screen, and a storing step of storing the designated degree information and the selected location information. Accordingly, various living body information are efficiently displayed and stored in a 3D modeling.본 개시는 다각적 정보를 이용하는 3차원 생물학적 정보 처리방법에 있어서, 3차원 몸체모델, 입력도구 종류 선택부와 정도정보 입력바를 화면에 표시하는 초기화면표시단계, 사용자가 선택한 정도정보를 받아들이는 정도입력단계, 사용자가 3차원 몸체모델의 표면에 입력도구를 이용하여 지정한 위치정보를 받아들이는 위치입력단계, 지정된 위치정보와 선택된 정도정보를 대응시켜 화면에 표시하는 대응정보표시 단계, 및 지정된 정도정보와 선택된 위치정보를 저장하는 저장단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 생물학적 정보 처리 방법과 그 시스템을 제공한다. 이로써 각종 생체 정보를 효율적으로 3차원 모델링에 표시, 저장할 수 있게 한다.
