PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tomosynthesis photographed image selection device and tomosynthesis photographed image generation system which can shorten the image reading time by accurately selecting an image that is not useful for image reading and excluding the image from a display object, and can efficiently perform highly accurate image reading.SOLUTION: A tomosynthesis photographed image selection device includes a control unit 91 as deletion object image selection means which: acquires projection images of a subject arranged between a radiation source and a radiation detector in the prescribed number of times while changing the physical relation between the radiation source irradiating the subject with the radiation and the radiation detector in which radiation detection elements detecting the radiation and generating electric signals are arranged in the two-dimensional shape and which acquires the projection image according to the irradiated radiation and selects the image that does not satisfy a prescribed condition suitable to image reading as a deletion object image with respect to a plurality of reconfiguration images obtained by reconfiguring the plurality of projection images.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】読影上有用でない画像を精度よく選定し、これを表示対象から除外することで読影時間の短縮を図り、効率よく高精度の読影を行うことを可能とするトモシンセシス撮影画像選定装置及びトモシンセシス撮影画像生成システムを提供する。【解決手段】被写体に放射線を照射する放射線源と、放射線を検出して電気信号を生成する放射線検出素子が二次元状に配置され、照射された放射線に応じた投影画像を取得する放射線検出器と、の位置関係を変化させながら、放射線源と放射線検出器との間に配置された被写体の投影画像を所定回数取得し、これら複数の投影画像を再構成することにより得られた複数の再構成画像について、読影に適する所定の条件を満たさない画像を削除対象画像として選定する削除対象画像選定手段としての制御部91を備える。【選択図】図2
