PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlling agent and controlling method for disease injuries in Brassicaceous plants, having high controlling effects on rootgallus diseases which are disease injuries in Brassicaceous plants and free from environmental pollution.SOLUTION: The controlling agent contains Variovorax sp. CGF4526 bacterium and non-pathogenic Erwinia carotovora subsp. carotovora bacterium having antagonistic ability on the rootgallus diseases in Brassicaceous plants as active ingredients. The attack of the disease injuries of the rootgallus diseases on Brassicaceous plants can strongly be inhibited compared with conventional method even in the case of severe disease injuries. It exhibits remarkably high controlling effect compared with other bacterial strains as well as conventional chemical agents.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】アブラナ科植物病害である根こぶ病に対して防除効果が高く、環境汚染のないアブラナ科病害の防除剤および防除方法を提供する。【解決手段】アブラナ科植物病害の根こぶ病に対して拮抗能を有する、バリオボラックス属細菌CGF4526菌株(Variovorax sp.CGF4526)と非病原性エルビニア・カロトボーラ・サブスピーシス・カロトボーラ(Erwinia carotovora subsp. carotovora)細菌を有効成分として含む防除剤を用いれば、アブラナ科植物の根こぶ病の病害に対しての発病を、従来と比べて発病程度が高い場合でも強く抑制することができる。さらに現在使用されている化学薬剤のみならず、他の菌株と比べても格段に高い防除効果を奏する。【選択図】図1
