The present invention relates to a method for producing a spray composition having a sterilization-deodorization function which functions like an inorganic antimicrobial having existing silver ions as a main component and obtains better functions of sterilization, deodorization, and the separation of heavy metals in comparison with an existing inorganic antimicrobial having copper (or zinc) ions as a main component via the substitution-absorption of sterilization metal ions simultaneously with water-processing copper ions and zinc ions into a predetermined inorganic compound； and a spray composition produced by the same. The method for producing the spray composition having the sterilization-deodorization function according to the present invention includes a step of water-processing a water-soluble amino acid chelate antimicrobial which the PH of a mixture of the copper ions (Cu++) and the zinc ions (Zn++) is controlled to be PH 5.0-7.0, dipropylene, distilled water, an anti-static agent, and an aroma； simultaneously with the substitution-absorption of sterilization metal ions.본 발명은 구리이온 및 아연이온을 소정의 무기화합물로 수처리하는 동시에 항균성 금속이온 치환-흡착 처리를 통해 항균, 탈취, 중금속 분해 기능이 기존의 구리(or 아연)이온을 주성분으로 한 무기 항균제에 비해 크게 개선되면서 기존 은이온을 주성분으로 하는 무기 항균제와 비등(比等)한 작용을 할 수 있도록 하는 항균 및 탈취 기능을 갖는 스프레이 조성물의 제조방법 및 그를 이용한 스프레이 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 항균 및 탈취 기능을 갖는 스프레이 조성물의 제조방법은, 항균성 금속이온인 구리이온(Cu++)과 아연이온(Zn++)의 혼합물을 PH5.0~7.0으로 조절된 수용성 아미노산킬레이트(amino acid chelate) 항균제, 디프로필렌 글라이콜(Dipropylene), 증류수, 대전방지제, 향을 포함하는 무기화합물로 수처리함과 동시에 항균성 금속이온 치환-흡착 처리하는 과정을 포함하여 구성된다.
