The present invention relates to a method for increasing the production efficiency of genome-modified plants regenerated from plant protoplasts by using a Cas protein-guide RNA ribonucleoprotein (RNP). The method for increasing the production efficiency of genome-modified plants of the present invention can efficiently produce plants with mutated target genes, and can also minimize the insertion of foreign DNA into plants. Therefore, the present invention can be very usefully used in various fields such as agriculture, food and biotechnology fields.La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant d'augmenter l'efficacité de production de plantes à génome modifié régénérées à partir de protoplastes végétaux en utilisant une ribonucléoprotéine d'ARN (RNP) à guide-protéine Cas. Le procédé permettant d'augmenter l'efficacité de production de plantes à génome modifié de la présente invention peut efficacement produire des plantes ayant des gènes cibles mutés, et peut également réduire l'insertion d'ADN étranger dans les plantes. Par conséquent, la présente invention peut être très utilement employée dans divers secteurs tels que les secteurs agricole, alimentaire et biotechnologique.본 발명은 Cas 단백질-가이드 RNA RNP (ribonucleoprotein)를 이용하여 식물 원형질체로부터 재생된 유전체가 교정된 식물체의 제조 효율을 증가시키는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 유전체 교정 식물체의 제조 효율을 증가시키는 방법을 통해 표적 유전자가 변이된 식물체를 효율적으로 생산할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 식물체 내 외래 DNA의 삽입을 최소화할 수 있다. 따라서 본 발명은 농업, 식품 및 생명공학분야 등 다양한 분야에서 매우 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
