PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracheal tube with a cuff capable of easily sucking a foreign matter or the like in a tracheal inner wall through a suction lumen, even in a state of expanding a cuff.SOLUTION: A tracheal tube with a cuff comprises: a tracheal tube body 10 comprising at least an outer peripheral surface 10S which is a part of a circle whose center is a first axis line O1 in a cross section orthogonal to a longitudinal direction； a cuff 20 which has a cylindrical wall part 21 whose center is a second axis line O2 in an expanded state and is arranged at the outside of the tracheal tube body 10 while the second axis line O2 is made eccentric from the first axis line O1； and at least one suction lumen which is formed on the tracheal tube body 10 and on which a suction opening 31 is opened.
