PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably fix a mouthpiece and a flexible tube body with high strength in an endoscope flexible tube.SOLUTION: The flexible tube body 20 includes a spiral tube 50, and a blade 51 covering the outer periphery of the spiral tube 50. At one end of the flexible tube body 20, at least a part of a clearance of the spiral tube 50 or the like is integrated with brazing filler metal 52, and a threaded groove is cut in the outer peripheral surface. The one end 20A of the flexible tube body 20 is screwed with one end 22A side of the mouthpiece 22 provided with an internal screw part 43 to fix the flexible tube body 20 and the mouthpiece 22.
