PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide systems and methods related to the field of cardiac resuscitation, and in particular to devices for assisting rescuers in performing cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR).SOLUTION: To identify the most important data about patient status during the use of a defibrillator device and to display the information in an efficient and effective manner to a rescuer, the data displayed to the rescuer can change based on whether the rescuer is currently administering CPR chest compressions to the patient.
