PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a salt sprinkling device capable of easily and accurately performing adjustment of an amount of salt to be sprinkled so as to make an amount of salt to be scattered on a center of an ingredient of a triangle or round ingredient-wrapped rice ball less than an amount of salt to be scattered on a triangle top or a circumferential side.SOLUTION: This salt sprinkling device comprises conveying salt W in a hopper H with a salt sending device P to a salt sprinkling container 2 which is formed with a plurality of scattering small holes 2a in a shape almost fitting to a shape of a triangle or round ingredient-wrapped rice ball Q, and scattering the salt W from the scattering small holes 2a on the ingredient-wrapped rice ball Q below the salt sprinkling container 2, with a scraping wing 3 which rotates on an inner bottom of the salt sprinkling container 2.
