PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous composition for improving wrinkles which can reduce fine wrinkles and can be used as cosmetic, quasi drug or medicine.SOLUTION: There is provided a percutaneous composition for improving wrinkles which is used for reducing wrinkles of skin particularly fine wrinkles, in which the composition has a hydrolyzed eggshell membrane component obtained by hydrolyzing an eggshell membrane or eggshell membrane-containing powder in liquid having protein decomposing activity such as acid aqueous solution, alkali aqueous solution, alkaline organic solvent solution, and liquid containing protein-decomposing enzyme as an active ingredient.
