The present invention relates to a method for removing lead (Pb) and zinc (Zn) from soil contaminated by heavy metals by using a transgenic plant. More specifically, the method includes the steps of: cultivating the transgenic plant into which polynulceotide encoding CsHMA3 protein is introduced in order to express CsHMA3 protein having an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID: 1； and harvesting the transgenic plant.본 발명은 형질전환 식물체를 이용하여 중금속 오염 토양으로부터 납(Pb) 및 아연(Zn)을 제거하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로 서열번호 1로 기재되는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 CsHMA3 단백질이 과발현되도록 상기 CsHMA3 단백질을 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오티드가 형질도입된 형질전환 식물체를 중금속이 오염된 토양에서 재배하는 단계； 및 상기 형질전환 식물체를 수확하는 단계를 포함하는 중금속이 오염된 토양으로부터 중금속을 제거하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
