PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture unit capable of making a puncture with further reduced pains in administering drugs to a patient or collecting blood from the patient.SOLUTION: The puncture unit 1 includes: a needle body 10 cylindrically formed so that a fluid can be distributed and formed in such a way as to make a puncture in the patient an auxiliary needle 20 formed to extend in the same direction as the needle body 10, juxtaposed on the outer side in the radial direction of the needle body 10 and formed in such a way as to make a puncture in the patient an actuator 30 to reciprocate the needle body 10 and the auxiliary needle 20 in a shaft center direction and a control means 40 for controlling the motion of the actuator 30. The auxiliary needle 20 has a projection 21 at least on the distal end side on the opposite surface from the surface facing the needle body 10.
