The present invention relates to an immunomodulator for the prevention or treatment of an allergic disease caused by house dust mite-derived allergens. Particularly, the present invention provides an immunomodulatory pharmaceutical composition comprising as an effective ingredient a bacterial extracellular vesicle containing an allergens derived from North American house dust mite or European house dust mite, and a preparation method therefor.
