Orthopedic device, comprising: a mounting element located on an orthopedic instrument for installing implants and having connecting sections； one or more supports corresponding to one or more anatomical landmarks, each support being connected to a mounting element on one of said connecting sections and configured to be brought into a predetermined configuration with respect to said tool so that after being brought into a given configuration, said support extends away from longitudinal axis and aligns the positioning element along the given axis of the implant. 2. The orthopedic device according to claim 1, containing two or more supports having different shape, length, width, thickness, different material composition or a combination of these parameters. The orthopedic device according to claim 1, wherein each support has at least one parameter selected based on the patient’s anatomy model and the desired axis of the implant. The orthopedic device according to claim 1, in which the axis of the implant determines the desired angle of the version relative to the acetabulum of the patient.
