This perforation is achieved by expanding the balloon disposed on the distal end of the catheter. The balloon is comprised of two or more materials of different elastic moduli, which allows the components of the elastic inflatable balloon as well as the expanding components of the flexible or relatively non-expandable balloon. Through the needles, a given amount of cytotoxic agent, cell proliferation inhibitor or anti-neoplastic agent is delivered to the target area.
