PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition and a related delivery method.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition includes a suspension liquid including a mixture of: a therapeutically effective amount of a therapeutic agent in solid form； at least one salt of medium chain fatty acid in solid form； and a hydrophobic medium such as castor oil, glyceryl tricaprylate, or a combination of them. The pharmaceutical composition includes the medium chain fatty acid salt and includes substantially no alcohol. The pharmaceutical composition may be encapsulated in a capsule.
