The present invention relates to the use of chloroquine for the treatment and chlorpromazine for the prevention of pulmonary infection and injury. In particularly, the present invention relates to the use of chloroquine, chlorpromazine, derivatives thereof, mixtures thereof, or medicinal compositions containing the same for the preparation of medications for treating and/or preventing pulmonary infection and/or injury in mammals, including humans, caused by influenza viruses.La présente invention concerne l'utilisation de chloroquine pour le traitement et de chlorpromazine pour la prévention des infections et des lésions pulmonaires.
