The present invention relates to a functional cosmetic composition containing a culture solution of human adipose-derived stem cells. The cosmetic composition is formulated to ameliorate wrinkles and delaying aging using a culture solution which is obtained from a culture medium solution required for cell culture, while culturing adipose-derived stem cells obtained by extracting human adipocytes.
