PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy a need for spherical particles used as nucleator in the production of granules such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and foods, being hardly solvent-soluble, nonhygroscopic, and very lowly reactive, and having a particle diameter of 50-300 &mum and high particle strength and high sphericity.SOLUTION: The spherical particles is provided which have a higher particle strength, a lower surface irregularity, and a higher sphericity than conventional spherical calcium hydrogen phosphate of an average particle diameter of about 100 &mum by grinding and disintegrating agglomerates of scale-like primary particles of calcium hydrogen phosphate into fine primary particles and spraying the resultant primary particles.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】医薬品、化粧品、食品等の顆粒製造の核剤などに用いる、溶媒に難溶であり非吸湿性で反応性が極めて少なく、粒子径が50~300μm、粒子強度や真球度が高い球状粒子が求められている。【解決手段】鱗片状のリン酸水素カルシウムの1次粒子の凝集体を微細な1次粒子に粉砕/開砕したのち、噴霧することによって、従来の平均粒子径100μm程度の球状リン酸水素カルシウムよりも、粒子強度が高く表面の凹凸が少なく高い真球度を有する球状粒子を提供することができる。【選択図】図1
