<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorization apparatus which has a good deodorization efficiency and low running cost. <;P>;SOLUTION: The deodorization apparatus 1 includes a scrubber part 3 and a mist generation part 4. In the mist generation part 4, microbubbles are generated in the water by microbubble generators 37-40. Microbubble-containing mist 9 generated on the water surface is supplied inside an animal barn 2 from an air supply duct 5, and sterilization and deodorization of a wall surface 11, ceiling surface 12, and floor surface 13 are performed by oxidation treatment by a free radical of microbubbles, thereby preventing an odor of animal origin from attaching thereto. In the scrubber part 3, sprinkling piping 24 for sprinkling microbubble-containing water 27 from a field convertor 22 is disposed to treat odor components in a stream 19 from the inside the animal barn 2 by a shower ring of the microbubble-containing water 27. At that time, fuel for incineration, chemicals, and large culture medium for treating the odor components are not required, thereby achieving the reduction in running costs. <;P>;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
