PURPOSE: A spinal implant is provided to facilitate inserting a rod member into a fixing groove of a supporting member as the supporting member does not circulate even when a practitioner does not hold the supporting member with hands.CONSTITUTION: A spinal implant comprises a rod member (A) formed in a rod shape and a spinal fixing member (B) that is coupled to the rod member at a predetermined interval and to a spinal cord. The spinal fixing member comprises a fixing screw (10) that is fixed to a spinal cord, a supporting member (20) included in an upper end of the fixing screw, and a nut member (30) coupled to the supporting member. A head unit (11) at an upper end of the fixing screw is rotatably coupled to the supporting member, and a binding hole (21), to which the nut member is screw-coupled, and a fixing groove (22), which is formed in an alternating manner with the binding hole and to which the rod member is inserted.
