The present invention relates to a pest repelling device which control pests by simultaneously generating wavelengths and soundwaves that pests are averse to, and particularly, by using an LED lamp generating a wavelength of 610 nm, and by selectively generating soundwaves in the low frequency range of 100-800 Hz and the high frequency range of 20-50 kHz, the pest repelling device can be applied appropriately depending on the conditions of a space in which the device is being used, for controlling pests and maximizing the efficacy of pest control.
