The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a functional soap containing a pepper or paprika extract, and more specifically relates to a method for manufacturing a natural soap by using pepper or paprika, comprising: a first step for washing and extracting pepper or paprika； a second step for blending the extract of pepper or paprika, a soap essence (soap base 8020), a moisturizer, a foaming agent, glycerine, a natural spice, a badger oil, and a natural pigment surfactant by using each mixer for 1-2 hours； a third step for grinding the mixture twice and forming a shape of the mixture； a fourth step for maturing a manufactured soap； and a fifth step for selecting, packaging, and commercializing the soap. The manufacturing method of the present invention is able to manufacture the functional soap into a high value product while satisfying stability, economic feasibility, and high preferences of customers even in a different shape of detergent kind such as shampoo, soft soap, and the like, thereby capable of producing the high value functional soap useful for both customers and producers in an economic standpoint. 본 발명은 고추 또는 파프리카 추출물이 함유된 기능성 고추 천연 비누 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 고추 또는 파프리카를 이용한 천연 비누 제조방법에 있어서, 고추 또는 파프리카 세척 및 추출하는 제 1단계, 고추 또는 파프리카 추출물, 비누 에센스(비누 베이스 8020), 보습제, 기포제, 글리세린, 천연 향료, 오소리 기름 , 천연 색소 계면 활성제를 각각 혼합기를 이용하여 1~2시간 배합하는 제 2단계, 배합물을 2회 갈음 및 모양 만들기를 하는 제 3단계, 제조된 비누를 숙성하는 제 4단계, 선별 ,포장, 제품화 하는 제 5단계로 이루어짐으로써, 기능성 비누 제조 외에 샴푸, 물비누 등의 다른 형태의 세제 류에도 안전성과 경제성 및 소비자의 높은 기호도가 고려된 고(高) 부가가치화로 소비자 및 생산자에게 경제적 일익을 담당 할 수 있는 유용한 발명인 것이다.
