Disclosed is a compound of Formula I. The compound of is useful as an AKT protein kinase inhibitor and for the treatment of hyperproliferative diseases such as cancer. The compound is also known as (S)-2-(4-chloro-3-fluorophenyl)-1-(4-((5R,7R)-7-hydroxy-5-methyl-6,7-dihydro-5H-cyclopenta[d]pyrimidin-4-yl)piperazin-1-yl)-3-((1R,4S)-4-methoxycyclohexylamino)propan-1-one. Also disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition and a kit comprising the compound and the use of a compound of formula (I) in the manufacture of a medicament.
