A method and an apparatus for diagnosing cardiac diseases based on a cardiac motion modeling are provided. The method may include applying physical characteristics of a cardiac motion to a 3D heart shape model deriving a boundary condition by fusing the 3D heart shape model, to which the physical characteristics are applied, with a plurality of cardiac ultrasound images according to a temporal change, obtained to acquire a dynamic image and diagnosing the cardiac diseases using a result of modeling that models the cardiac motion of the user using the boundary condition.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015심장 운동 모델링에 기반하여 심장 질환을 진단하는 방법 및 장치를 제안한다. 3차원 심장 형상 모델에 심장 운동의 물리적 특성을 적용하고, 동적인 영상의 취득을 위하여 획득된, 시간 변화에 따른 복수 개의 심초음파 영상들과 물리적 특성이 적용된 3차원 심장 형상 모델을 융합하여 경계 조건(boundary condition)을 도출한 후, 경계 조건을 이용하여 사용자의 심장 운동을 모델링 하는 심장 운동 모델링에 기반하여 심장 질환을 진단하는 방법을 제공할 수 있다.
