Methods and systems are provided herein for measuring a physiological-emotional state of a user and include acquiring user data one of physiological data, emotional affect data, or a combination of both, receiving the user data from the mobile device, determining, by a processor of the central computing device, a user state from the physiological data, the emotional affect data, or a combination of both, quantifying, by the processor, the user state to identify a physiological-emotional state of the user, and presenting a graphical representation of the physiological-emotional state of the user on a display device
