PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple pressure adjustable room that has a high degree of freedom for pressure adjustment, and that can be used by a user in a comfortable manner.SOLUTION: A pressure adjustable room is provided with a room 12 for accommodating a user inside, and a door 13 for isolating the inside of the room 12 from the outside, and includes: a plurality of three-way valves for switching the state of communication between the inside of the room 12 and the outside a pressure adjusting valve capable of changing the aperture and a pump arranged between one three-way valve and the other three-way valve.
