The present invention relates to a rake for penetrating lumps of soil on the ground surface (1), crushing lumps of soil into small particles, and flattening the same. The rake comprises: a fork unit (10) which has a fork (12) having a plurality of blades to be able to penetrate the ground surface (1) and has a joining unit (13) to be integrated to a handle (14) on the rear portion of the fork (12)； a support unit (20) which is installed on a lower portion of the fork unit (10), is supported on the ground surface (1), and is arranged to enable the fork unit (10) to penetrate a lump of soil on the ground surface (1) and scoop the lump of soil by a lever principle； a transfer plate (30) which accommodates a blade (11) between the fork unit (10) and the support unit (20) and has a transfer means (31) to adjust the depth of digging the ground surface (1) by controlling the location of the support unit (20)； and an adjustment means (40) which is arranged between the support unit (20) and the transfer plate (30) and adjusts the rotation angle of the fork unit (10) by adjusting the height of the fork unit (10) from the ground surface (1). According to the present invention, the rake penetrates a lump of soil, crushes the lump of soil into small particles, and flattens the same. The rake′s rotation angle can be adjusted while adjusting the length in which the fork is inserted into the ground.
