The present invention relates to novel C terminus peptide of royal jelly protein 4 derived from Korean native bees and antibacterial, antifungal, and antiyeast uses thereof. The C terminus peptide of Apis cerana (oriental bee)-derived major royal jelly protein 4 (AcMRJP4-C) has better antibacterial, antifungal, and antiyeast activities than those of AcMRJP4 peptide.
