The system for microalgae cultivation having vertical and linkable column(s) and the implementing method thereof are provided. The system includes a plurality of transparent columns which are linked in series or parallel by respective branch(es) thereof for operation. There are devices at the bottom of column to input the gas including carbon dioxide (CO2) and create the air-lift effect which can agitate and circulate the medium.
