PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film sticking method capable of sticking a film to mucous membrane, skin and the like even if the film has a thickness on the order of nanometers.SOLUTION: A film sticking instrument 201 includes: a tube part 210 a head part 230 provided in one end of the tube part a plurality of hole parts 235 provided so as to pass through the head part and communicating with a tube part inner space 211 and a gas supply mechanism (a piston 221, a compression spring 228 and others) for supplying a gas to the head part through the tube part inner space by operation of an operation part 250.
